Jenna Sargent

President

Jenna Sargent joined Freymiller as President of Logistics in January 2025 to lay the foundation for the company’s next phase of freight brokerage expansion, including launching the Charlotte office and driving performance across multiple locations. With deep expertise in sales, operations, and high-growth leadership, she takes a hands-on, accountable approach to building high-performing teams that deliver sustainable results. Ms. Sargent thrives in fast paced environments, drawing on nearly two decades of success across startups and large-scale logistics firms. Outside the office, she enjoys exploring art and history, attending the performing arts, and spending time in or near the water—always in search of authentic food and enriching experiences.

Aaron Armistead

Vice President - Dallas, TX

Aaron Armistead leads Freymiller Logistics’ Dallas hub as Vice President of Logistics, bringing over 20 years of experience in freight operations, team leadership, and business transformation. Before joining Freymiller, he held senior roles at NFI, where he managed a $100M+ P&L across brokerage, dedicated, and intermodal operations, consistently improving service and driving commercial success across national accounts. Known for his disciplined, results-driven approach, Aaron has also scaled freight brokerages through strategic planning and team development. At Freymiller, he oversees full P&L for the Dallas operation, ensuring seamless execution between asset and brokerage teams to deliver a unified, high-performing customer experience. Based in Dallas with his wife and three children, Aaron is an active community member who kicks off his mornings with a 5 a.m. workout and enjoys coaching youth basketball.

Amanda Buelna

Vice President of Enterprise Sales

Amanda Buelna is Vice President of Enterprise Sales at Freymiller Logistics, bringing over 15 years of experience driving growth in transportation and logistics. She has held senior sales roles at RXO and FedEx, where she built and managed portfolios exceeding $60M and became a trusted advisor to enterprise shippers. Amanda is known for aligning commercial strategy with operational execution to create scalable, customer-first solutions. At Freymiller Logistics, she leads with a partnership mindset—focusing on long-term value, tailored solutions, and seamless integration between teams. A champion of innovation, Amanda empowers her team to think creatively, act decisively, and deliver measurable impact. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee and an MBA in Management and Leadership from Dowling College. She lives in Illinois with her husband and two collegiate-athlete sons and contributes to her community through faith-based outreach.

Chris Kay

Director, Sales & Operations - Chicago, IL

Based in Chicago, this director launched Freymiller Logistics’ Chicago office from the ground up, transforming it into a key hub for high-volume brokerage operations. With 27 years in transportation and a background in crisis logistics—including coordinating relief loads during Hurricane Katrina and Hurricane Harvey—he brings proven experience under pressure. Known for building high-performing teams and driving results, he leads with strategy, extreme consistency, and a deep commitment to service. Outside of work, he’s a proud father of four, youth sports coach, and lifelong Chicago Bears fan.

Stanton Von Canon

Vice President - Charlotte, NC

Stanton Von Canon serves as Vice President of Freymiller’s Charlotte brokerage office, bringing over 15 years of experience across freight brokerage, supply chain technology, and big data analytics. A graduate of Auburn University with a degree in Supply Chain Management, he is known for driving organizational growth and operational excellence, including oversight of P&Ls exceeding $330 million for Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Von Canon pairs strategic vision with a deep command of technical innovation, consistently building high-performing teams and scalable logistics solutions. Outside the office, he enjoys running, live music, hiking the North Carolina mountains with his wife and daughter, and spending time at the beach.
