WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Source, vet, and secure capacity with high-performing carrier partners
  • Match loads to trucks like a pro—right carrier, right price, right time
  • Build lasting relationships with carriers who love working with you
  • Own delivery performance and resolve issues before they hit the customer
  • Cold call, follow up, and grow your carrier network like a champ
  • Work closely with the ops manager to support killer bids and pricing
  • Lock down paperwork (PODs, billing, etc.) and keep data clean in TMS/CRM
  • Bring market intel, carrier feedback, and ideas to keep us one step ahead

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 1–2 years in logistics, freight brokerage, or operations
  • 2–3 years in a fast-paced sales or customer-facing role
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building chops
  • Laser focus, follow-through, and quick recovery when things go sideways
  • Microsoft Office, CRM, and TMS savvy
  • Startup experience? Big plus—we love builders
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred—but hustle, grit, and results speak louder
