WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Be the go-to partner for your portfolio of shipper accounts
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with your clients
  • Manage the full freight lifecycle—quote it, book it, oversee your team track it, deliver it
  • Help shape and execute account-level strategy to grow wallet share
  • Tackle challenges and keep freight moving (no two days are the same!)
  • Partner with our carrier ops teams to drive performance
  • Spot opportunities to grow your accounts (new lanes, modes, services)
  • Track your wins and share results with clients
  • Keep your data sharp in TMS + CRM systems

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 1–3 years of experience in account management, freight brokerage, or logistics
  • Great communicator + natural relationship builder
  • Strong problem-solving chops—you keep freight moving no matter what
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and cool under pressure
  • Team-first attitude with a drive to win
  • Bonus points for TMS experience
