We’re hiring a tenacious, fearless Account Executive to join our inside sales team and build a book of business from the ground up. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Prospect daily—cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, and more
  • Own the full sales cycle: find it, pitch it, close it, grow it
  • Build a pipeline of freight-hungry shippers and never let it run dry
  • Understand customer pain points and offer real solutions
  • Hit and exceed aggressive sales targets—we reward results
  • Partner with operations and carrier teams to deliver exceptional service
  • Stay plugged into the industry—know the market, trends, and what moves

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 1–3 years of inside sales or business development experience
  • Fearless cold caller and confident communicator
  • Thick skin, high energy, and a relentless drive to succeed
  • Organized, persistent, and able to manage a fast-moving pipeline
  • Logistics or freight brokerage experience is a big plus—but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but hustle > pedigree
